The TRC works on a project basis and on donations from official, commercial and private sources. The TRC however urgently needs extra funds. Fortunately there are many people who are willing to support the work of the TRC, and donations, both financial and of objects, are regularly made by Friends. You too can become a Friend of the TRC. As a Friend you will be included in the work of the TRC and receive the TRC newsletter, with information about new publications, lectures and exhibitions. Friends also receive discount on lectures, courses and workshops, and they have free access to the TRC library.

Becoming a Friend costs a minimum of € 25 per year, which can be made over to the TRC’s bank account: ING 2982359, Stichting Textile Research Centre. You may also use PayPal. When transferring money, please indicate “Friend of the TRC”, and send us a separate email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) stating the date of transfer, its purpose, and your name and address, so we make sure your name is included in the TRC mailing list (this list will remain private and will not be given to others).

 

It is also possible to become a Friend for Life. This includes a one-off donation of  € 250. This may be to your advantage with respect to taxes.

The TRC is officially recognised as a non-profit organisation (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling) whereby donations are not subject to donation or succession taxes and may be tax deductible.
