Cornelia Ann Parker (1956) is an English sculptor and installation artist who was the creative power behind the Magna Carta embroidery. She has had exhibitions of her work in various countries around the world, including Britain, China and Italy. There are examples of her work in the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, as well as at the Tate Gallery and the Henry Moore Foundation in the UK.

The Magna Carta embroidery is a commemorative embroidery that celebrates the signing of the famous English legal document, the Magna Carta, in 1215. She organised a Wikipedia image to be translated into a c. 13 m long embroidery that was worked by professional embroiderers, members of the Embroiderers' Guild, the London-based embroidery company, Hand & Lock, as well as a range of celebrities and politicians.
